    Series of six 30 minute classes geared for aiding postpartum recuperation.

    These 30-45 minute classes incorporate exercise for mom combined with songs, activities, & massage for baby which equals fun time for everyone!

  • Yoga & Massage Session (Ninety Minutes)

    Restore, Relax, Rejuvenate!  Enjoy thirty minutes of gentle yoga to open your body and slow down your mind followed by a one hour massage to allow your body and mind to integrate the experience...pure bliss!
