Just as your body needs certain nutrients from food in order to be healthy & function well, your body also has movement requirements that must be met on a daily basis. Most of us are movement starved, depriving our bodies of essential changes in geometry, because of our sedentary lifestyles. Restorative Exercise™ helps you to recognize your habitual movement deficiencies, lends insight to healthier bodily alignment, & gives correctives to alleviate the symptoms. Restorative Exercise™ is particularly important during pregnancy to help with common discomforts (such as sciatica & low back pain) along with preparing your body for childbirth and is vital for your postpartum body’s optimal recovery.
